Might have figured it out.

Seems to be some sort of hard cap on the download speed on their site.
I don't know if that's a even a thing for streaming sites, but when I limit my speed to 1000kb/sec it will download it that speed perfectly fine.

Maybe you can't download a movie quicker than how long that movie actually is? I don't think I've had that problem in the past with this site.
