I donīt think its a problem of Atresdownloader, I have tried another Software (LetMeAtIt) and also do not get the 4500K streams of FastLane.
I think the torrents are done by a software recording the live stream in 4500K.
For some reason, the 4500K (1280x720) streams of PPV are not available in the library right after the live airings. They will added some weeks later.
This is what I have discovered for all the past WWE PPVs since Summerslam last year.
When you check the German or spanish editions of FastLane 2016, you will see the streams are 1280x720 (4500K), but the original US not:
