Restore an overwritten rtmpdump stream file?

Hello!

I was recently trying to download a stream with rtmpdump & but after the stream closed, I accidentally tried to download it again & the original file (which was over 200MB) was replaced with an 0KB file with the same name. So my question is - is it any way possible to recover the original file?
