Original Stream URL from rtmp URL?

Is it possible to find the original stream URL from an rtmp/http url?

For example - i have a rtmp url with me -
rtmp://95.211.205.201/live playpath=channelname?id=XXXX&pk=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX X pageURL=http://www.p3g.tv/embedplayer/channelname/2/620/490 swfUrl=http://www.p3g.tv/resources/scripts/eplayer.swf conn=S:OK swfVfy=1 timeout=15 live=true

and i want to find the webpage on which this stream is originally posted.

Is it possible to do this type of reverse engineering?
