If RMC is detecting other videos without any issues than I guess it is working ok.

Now, if it can not detect any video that you are tring to record/download it not be the first time that it needs application update that will support such kind of a streams.

From my perspective, and I guess from yours too as I could see, it is quite unusual that RMC is completely blind.

What I would suggest is that you post the link of the videos you are trying to capture here and someone may be able to give you advice.

Don't forget, if it is by any chance adult stream, post it in the adult section.
