I investigated with Wireshark as you suggested, and tried a few other methods like the windows resource monitr. They seem to suggest the ports are 443 and 1935 which (I think) was already enabled by default in replay media catcher.

But that leaves me clueless what the problem could be. If rmc hadn't detected video streams from any source then I would've suspected it didn't see my network traffic; if it had detected the video stream from those websites but refused to capture properly then I could've investigated relevant settings. But the way rmc seems completely blind to the video streams confuses me a great deal.
