There is absolutely no need for livestreamer, you can open it directly in VLC or ffmpeg. Easiest way to sniff it out imo is to install droid4x and url helper, install the app in droid4x, log in, sniff out the url with urlhelper, then use it with the app of your choice. Good luck. Edit: don't forget to change "phone" in the URL to "tablet" to get a higher quality stream.
