You should try with some network sniffer to find out exact port that is used. For that purpose you can use application called "wireshark".

At the beginning it may look complicated to basic users but even with a little knowledge you will be able to figure out by yourself where to find exact port.

Sorry, at the moment I don't have the time to post and the download link of the app here but is easy to find. Just use google.

By the way, there may be some even easier ways so if anyone knows I hope he will reply here.
