Thank you, but What version do you use?

I installed the latest one from github
Livestreamer 1.12.2 Setup
Welcome to the Livestreamer 1.12.2 Setup Wizard

and run it,
c:\Livestreamer>livestreamer -version

and there's a message,
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail.

frankly i don't know what this can mean
