In this case rtmpdump would be useless, because of p2p protocol.
Force Media Player (Asian p2p program for Internet Explorer) doesn't seem to be working anymore, even if you extract p2p links and try to open them with ppshell.exe (force://stream).
Fortunately, layarku.tv also uses HDS and HLS, making Malaysian streams playable on VLC and IOS devices (although some of them available only to Malaysian ips).

Also notice that not all Malaysian streams seem active (although the site shows a huge series of interesting channels, actually only a few of them are online).
