high quality camera with a good microphone for classes

Hi,
I am after a good quality camera that I can click one button to automatically record my Class in good quality and send to maybe Dropbox or something.. I have a class that I would like to record now and then to upload to my website.. I would always just have the camera sitting there all the time, So when I require it to record i can just click a button or even remotely do it.. Also require a good microphone for the sound to be perfect. I was thinking IP camera but don't know how well the quality would be...
Any advice would be appreciated..
