Give us some more details! What exactly do you need. And I disagree with your statement the Apple IPad 2 is the best, in my opinion the Surface Pro 3 is the best. And you have to admit that sometimes if you pay more money it is more longterm based. However if you buy rather a cheap one then a good one...
