9.8 39 18 hard crash when cursor moves outside program (2 monitor system)

Still crashes when it's downloading something and the cursor moves to another screen.

Am running

Windows 8.1 64 bit
i7 4790 (3.6 GHz)
32 GB
GTX 780

In Chrome and IE modes.
