Have you tried ripping from any Pivotshare websites? I'm looking to rip some things from
https://icwondemand.pivotshare.com/,
http://smash-wrestling.com/ondemand/ and
https://aiwarchives.com. They all seem to use Pivotshare as their host. There is a free video at the bottom of
http://smash-wrestling.com/ondemand/ if you need to have access to a stream to work with it. I assume that the free stream works the same as the ones you get access to with a membership.
