Stream recorder that works under OpenVPN / Socks Proxy

I need a stream recorder that can record streams when I am connected to a VPN or SOCKS5 proxy.

I have tried:
WebVideoCap - doesn't work when under VPN
RTMPDumpHelper - can't attach to any browser
Replay Media Helper 6 - doesn't work when under VPN or socks5

Any ideas?
