Since Shipito started using Boxberry courier service for shipping to Russia, it became much more attractive to Russian customers. As for MyUS or Bongo US, I don't see why customers from Russia would prefer it.
Although I can recommend Shipito, I also like
FishisFast a lot. I wish it had more shipping methods especially something very cheap, but not using Russian Post. But I'm happy not to pay any monthly or yearly fees that Shipito and other services force you to pay. These fees became obsolete 1-2 years ago if not earlier. With such fees the service becomes much more expensive and shipping discount may not compensate this.
Among other freight forwarders I have used I can recommend
Qwintry and
Pochtoy, but they are mainly good for Russia and exUSSR.
