I've got
Nero 7 Premium. It supports Nero Digital Audio (that must be their implementation of AAC 'coz it can handle .aac, .m4a, .mp4 files) so there shouldn't be a problem. At least you may try Cole2k Media Nero Audio AAC Plug-in with it.
p.s. What's AAC+? Is it AAC HE (High Efficiency profile)? Definitely not AAC LC (Low Complexity)
