Hello. I found several links like this

and when I play them just can see 10-20 seconds. I guess it is because the m3u8 has the instruction to read the last 5 segments of video and each segment lasts 4 secs, if I take 40 segments in this tag
#EXT-X-TARGETDURATION I can watch 2 minutes of video and then it stops. I suppose this tag
#EXT-X-MEDIA-SEQUENCE doesn't make new segments or something like that.
My questions are:
- do you see a continuous transmission and im the only one with than problem?
- what can I do to watch it without interruptions?
- is there anything wrong with my VLC?
