Am running Windows 8.1 64 bit with latest patches.

Intel i7 960. 20 G of RAM. GTX 780. Let me see what programs I have running in the background. Symantec Endpoint Protection. Malwarebytes. (Both latest). AnyDVD HD (latest). CCleaner ("monitoring is active") and running Dragon Medical 2 (Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.51). Dual monitor.

Tried compatibility mode (to 7, and XP), still happened. However, I just downloaded version 9.719. It doesn't seem to be happening with this one. Clicked on another program and went back to GetFLV, still running. So far so good.

Will report later tonight if I notice anything else. Thank you for looking into this.
