Cheapest Setup to create a Peer-to-Peer Desktop RTMP Streaming like Twitch.tv

We are planning to launch a desktop peer-to-peer livestreaming platform like Twitch.tv on which a user can stream his desktop
live to many people. We are interested in only DESKTOP streaming ( NO MOBILE APPS)

We want to see if besides setting up our own streaming backend there is the option to use third-party streaming service. YouTube, Mipstv, Ustream, Livestream are out. Which other LIVE streaming services/servers would you guys recommend?
