I have a similar problem. I purchased access to a congrees with lots of videos. I want to record avideo but probably is protected and iget only image but not sound. I tried with snagit and camtasia but nothing to do. I can capture picture but a video would be much better...
I checked in different forums but i didnt manage to find a solution. Next thing to do is record the screen with my webcamera...
I hope the video s not protected even from that.
If you have any idea it would be great for me!
