Came back to this link because today i tried to capture another stream from this site using the directions above. I can get the link:

but it does not download but rather just plays. This did work before, not sure if my notes are inadequate and i am missing a step or perhaps there was a change at the site and thus it is not working now.
Any help much appreciated.
