I purchased GetFLV yesterday and I haven't been able to download anything but small videos from Hulu. If the video is a full length movie it will never finish the download. The download will never complete more than 700k in size before it stops.
I am beginning to believe the program is still in Alpha stage and we are paying for the privilege of Alpha testing it.
So far it has not been worth the money I paid for it and I need to request a refund. I will use Replay Video Capture instead.
Anyone tell me what the best way to request the refund is??
Also when you register the product the receipt comes back from "Media Office" with a product support email of:
support@superlogix.net
So why is the support email different here than on the website?
