RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header

How to extract the encrypted Token

For example, this

rtmpdump -r "rtmp://37.220.36.64:443/liverepeater" -T "#atd%#$ZH" -W "http://static.surk.tv/atdedead.swf" -p "http://filotv.pw/player3.php?id=41&width=640&height=460" -y "41" --live | "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -

Added to rtmpdump 2.3

And it fails to write me
RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header
