Shoutcast stream rippers (please note that many of them are absolutely FREE),
RadioTracker can download MP3 tracks from radio stations. It downloads the exact same copies from online radio stations. Most online radio stations have a pretty low bit-rate so you shouldn't expect too much from such MP3 files.
