Let me revisit this problem I have been trying to solve for months. I have the DVR set up and can see it remotely through a Static IP address on the computer that is in the office. This computer is connected directly to the router box and then to the DVR. What I cannot do, is connect to the DVR from any other computer at home. I have tried setting up a VPN, but was wondering if being on dial up service is the problem (Cannot find DVR). I will be getting 768 speed DSL in two day and will try again to recognize the static IP, but still don't understand the concept. The DVR software says that only two remote computers can connect at the same time. Why only two and is the DVR already one of them?
