I just tried it on the show from 2-15-14 and it worked. It is missing the video frames from the 6 seconds or so but the rest of it is there.
EDIT: Just did on the 2-8-14 show - it did the same thing - it works but it does not have the first 6 seconds of video. Just do the mkv command and you can get it. If you need to bring it into premiere you'll have to convert to mp4.
