Sorry for the delayed response, been a bit busy lately.
Well, there are a few programs you can use for this. I'd personally recomend
Replay Converter which can of course be read about by clicking the linked word.
It can convert to mp4 (zune, psp), and even .3gp (non windows media cell phones)
I've been using
Replay Converter for a while now to convert to my psp, my ipod/ iphone, etc and it works like a charm!
