Re: Problems Recording from Pay per Minute site?

I would like to add one thing, regarding recording from password protectes sites with WM Recorder:

First you need to capture the URL of the stream, since this is a password protected site you will want to run the program in PRO mode with AUTO ON, To set up WM Recorder this way:

1) Close your browser and Windows Media Player
2) Run WM Recorder
3) Click the blue button under "MODE" (should read ADA)
4) In the window that pops up, check the circle next to PRO mode, and make sure that the box next to Automatic Recording is checked.
5) Click "OK"

Now, navigate to the stream and begin watching it from your browser. Now, at this point WM Recorder will attempt to record, so click the "status" button in the main window of WM Recorder. If it shows no progress being made on the recording, go ahead and follow these steps:

1) Exit the recording session by pressing "Exit Record" in the recording window.
2) Click "View" in the main window of WM Recorder.
3) Click "Menu"
4) Click "Saved Links"
5) Click "Windows Media"
6) The URL at the VERY BOTTOM of the window is the URL of the stream.
7) Right Click the URL to bring up the menu.
8) Click "Add/Change Password."
9) Enter your Username and Password, and check "Remember Password."

I know this seems complicated, but I promise it is actually quite easy. =)

Hopefully this will work, if it does not we might want to look into other software programs.
