How I can open the following playlist files:

Both of the files contain swfUrl, pageUrl and other functions that I also noticed in RTMPDump scripts. Can somebody tell me what are these playlist formats and give me a link to their specification? Thank you in advance.
Edit: One more thing I forgot. Does M3U support the mentioned strings (swfUrl, pageUrl etc.)?
