If you can play the file, you can always re-record from you sound card using
direct sound recording software. You can also use
DRM removal software either lossless or lossy. The problem is that many programs won't be able to do that in Windows Vista especially if you have x64 version.
Anyway if you upload a DRM-protected WMA file somewhere, people who will download it, won't be able to play it. If you can't play it, you can't remove DRM protection. That's the essence of DRM protection.
