4OD has changed thing a bit i got this email this week

4oD download now available on iOS and Android

We're contacting you because youre a registered user of 4 and weve changed our terms and conditions.

Channel 4 are now giving registered users the opportunity to download 4oD programmes straight to their mobiles and tablets. So you can now catch up with the last 30 days of TV and store downloaded programmes for up to 7 days, to watch offline or even abroad!

Downloading is free. All you need to do is download the 4oD app to your iOS or Android device, sign in and follow the simple instructions.

We're notifying all registered users about these changes as we want to be clear about what this means for you in accordance with our Viewer Promise. Even if youve opted not to receive our weekly updates, we are still committed to telling you about important changes we make to our services.

Weve updated the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to include some of the additional data capture requirements and specific terms that cover the use of our download service, and any of the additional services that are exclusively available to our registered users.

These updates also tell you how you can now manage your advertising preferences online.
