Latest GetFLV can download your Ustream live stream no problem. Please try "iPad Download Mode":
1.Launch GetFLV and switch browser to "Safari Kernel".
2.Navigate to
http://www.ustream.tv/outsideland, GetFLV will detect M3u8 stream url.
4.Close your browser window and download M3u8 stream.
