Not sure if you still have the problem, but your RTMP host/server is wrong, it should be
cp53909.edgefcs.net.
I've never gotten the fallback server (which is cp44823.edgefcs.net) to work for me.
The rest of the arguments look correct, and I'm assuming that the part after the colon isn't part of the url but something the enigma2 uses to work out the title.
