Help with using rtmpdump to capture portsmouthcathedral

Hi,

Is anyone able to help me set up a script that I can run which will capture around 40 minutes of stream from this site:

http://player.churchservices.tv/portsmouthcathedral

preferable using rtmpdump on a linux box.
