I can't tell you anything to the two programs you use to capture vids from Nerflix but in regard to your question "How are people download Netflix Videos" I can give u an advice: There's a Software called Audials Moviebox. I use it since a few month and I really like it. It is uncomplicated you don't have anymore probs as the ones you actually have to deal with... I capture Videos from any site I want there is almost no limit cause you can Chose one of three possible recording methods (and one of them always works...). I also record from Netflix with Audials Moviebox. Try this Software... you won't regret it!
