But, this command didn't download the full video, it stop at about 1.5%.

The error message:

ERROR: RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header
978.521 kB / 18.44 sec (1.7%)
Download may be incomplete (downloaded about 1.70%), try resuming
