You can try freeware DVD Decrypter to decrypt DVDs to your hard disk or to copy encrypted DVDs. DVD Decrypter can remove CSS protection, PUOs, make DVD region-free.

AnyDVD is not freeware, but allows you remove DVD copy-protection. It has many other nice features too.
