first off use the xl player

hit on this ''Download (direct link)'' on the right
when downloaded drop the zip into a folder then extract in folder,you will see another folder ''rtmpexplorer'' go into it,double click on the ''rtmpExplorer applicant'' you will see 2 windows,1 black 1 white,enter the url
http://www.rte.ie/playerxl/#v=10106046 into the white one then press Go
Click on the play and wait for the adds to go and your programme will start to download into the same folder as ''rtmpExplorer'' is
