Is there a forum here (or elsewhere) that might help me do a conversion of an.MP4 download/capture (used Stream Transport) from an ABC website?

As a service to some friends, I would like to get a couple of shows onto an SD card and readable by their 2006/7 vintage TV (Panasonic TX-32LXD600A, commonly sold in Australia around that time).
