Have you tried freeware Freecorder Toolbar or older versions of Freecorder? Have you read the user guide of Freecorder toolbar?

You may also try Jaksta Free Media Recorder instead of Freecorder Toolbar. It can record any audio from your sound card, and download your favorite local radio stations.
