I can't help you with URL Snooper.

But you can record RTMP stream with Replay Media Catcher, WM Recorder, FLV Recorder and Orbit Downloader.

However from the above mentioned programs only Orbit Downloader with its Grab++ allows to find rtmp stream URLs. Other RTMP stream recorders record automatically, but do not reveal RTMP URLs.
