There is dedicated software for this job.
It is get_iplayer.
From here ---> ___http://www.infradead.org/get_iplayer/html/get_iplayer.html
Use a command like this:-

get_iplayer --type=radio --pid=b01ppwn6

Result is shown here ---> ___http://pastebin.com/2D00eUuT

(I think that the tutorial in this thread is intended for people running Windows 98 or similar)
