Replay Telecorder is good for Skype
As for google hangout, it's not something I've tried before to be honest with you -
Replay Media Catcher MIGHT work as it's essentially a streaming youtube video. I might be on one later tonight, if I am i'll test it then
If RMC doesn't work, a
Screen Capture tool such as
Replay Video Capture should do fine.
In the meantime, if anybody else has any solutions - let's hear em!
