AFAIK MP3 files don't have any DRM protection.
FairUse4WM works with Windows Media files only:

freeme2 is used with drmdbg. There is lots of info about freeme2 in this forum.
If
FairUse4WM doesn't work for you, then you can try
drmdbg with
freeme2 or drm2wmv.
