You're not getting it. It's a random occurrence. Pick any currently running personal Stickam stream and test it. Here's one that works and one that does not. Both are valid with active video as of now. Can't tell you that either will be valid after you or anyone else reads this, so if you feel you're time is being wasted now, you're going to be really pissed when you check later and don't find a stream aren't cha?
