Hi all. Just joined and the forums look very informative. Am trying to help a friend who has a sentient dvr recorder recording through the day at his business. His problem is that he has to wait till everyone has finished and then copy the recorded files to a usb pen to be able to watch them on his laptop. Is it possible that he could connect the dvr recorder to a router and also connect a laptop to the router and get the 2 to talk to each other and view the files direct on the dvr rather than copy them as it is quite time consuming. I would be able to help him set this up if possible with a little guidance.The dvr recorder has an ethernet port but he has no internet access at work hence the hassle of coping the files to the usb. Any help would be great
