Newbie here - please help.

I use Replay Media Catcher and am on a paid site. I was able to capture about 20 items (ranging from 3 to 8 minutes) and all of a sudden I can't capture. I tried a restart, reinstall and restart, and emptied cache. Nothing! I either get about 30kb or 0kb captured and then the little blue icon indicating that it was "only able to capture a partial RTMP stream".

I believe somehow I'm being blocked. Any ideas?
