I couldn't get it to work either. In fact, it crashed rtmpsrv.exe.

I tried all the different rtmpsrv.exe and rtmpsuck.exe versions I had. None of them worked, they all produce, "ERROR: RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header". Most rtmpsrv.exe versions crash, rtmpsuck.exe doesn't crash but still produces the aforementioned error.
