How to transfer MP3, AAC, M4A, M4B, M4V, MP4, MOV files to iPod

To transfer iPod compatible MP3, AAC, M4A, M4B audio files and M4V, MP4, MOV video files to iPod:
  • Launch your iTunes.
  • Find the folder with your audio/video files. Select files which you want to transfer to iPod and drag-n-drop them onto iTunes.

    or

    In iTunes Click "File" -> "Add File to Library" and add your audio/video files.

    Now, you can enjoy them in iTunes.
  • Hit "File" -> "Update iPod" to sync with your iPod.
